Overview

Market analysis revealed two powerful differentiators that were under-communicated: 

Gettacar’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer guarantee — both performing 5× above industry standards. Despite strong performance, brand messaging lacked clarity around these key advantages.

 
 

Goal

Create a memorable, scalable concept that introduced Gettacar’s “two golden bricks” to high-intent shoppers and elevated awareness across key markets through a cohesive multi-channel campaign.

Solution

Developed a 360° integrated campaign centered around the “5×” message — reinforcing Gettacar’s core brand positioning while clearly differentiating it from traditional dealerships.

The campaign spanned digital, OOH, social, OTT, and web touchpoints, targeting high-consideration audiences and expanding presence across major DMAs including New York, New Jersey, D.C., and Philadelphia.

By simplifying complex performance metrics into a bold, unified narrative, the work strengthened brand recognition, clarified Gettacar’s value proposition, and positioned the company as a modern alternative to conventional car buying.
